I was approached by a new recruitment company, More Workers, to create and design their brand identity and website.

 

They operate in the industrial sector but wanted to steer clear of the usual, predictable look that’s common among competitors.

 

I designed a wordmark logo using the Poppins typeface, subtly customising it to create a visual connection between the ‘M’ and ‘W’ in the name. The real focus, though, was the branding—using a bold, high-impact colour palette and abstract shapes to reflect diversity within the industry.

 

I created a full suite of assets for use across their website, social media, and marketing materials. The end result feels fresh and distinctive—bringing a more modern, vibrant edge to the world of industrial recruitment.

 

The client was really chuffed with how it all came together, which made the whole project even more rewarding.​​​​
